Poster Research

For one of my ancillary texts I have decided to create a poster and so has my partner Lucy Cunnington. We have choosen to do some research into posters together. Below is a link to a video of both lucy and I discussing 5 film posters:

I found this really helpful as I found discussing the posters allowed us to get a lot said about a poster and it also allowed us to disucss anything we didn't agree on. I think that we also did a large range of genres although we did mainly focus on film noir and neo noir as this is more aimed at us. One thing that I did notice is that we did look at two L.A. Confidential posters this could be because they are aimed at two different target audiences this could be something that we look at when creating our posters.
